Here at Gillham School of Performing Arts we offer a fantastic one week Summer School called “Dance with the Stars” and that is exactly what our students do! This year we gave our Summer Students a taste of a week in the life of a West End performer and the thirty dancers were taught by some of the greatest talent in the West End today including:

Luke Zammitt, Jacqui Biggs & Marianne Gallagher – We Will Rock You, London Cast

Craig Williams – The Lion King, London Cast

Tanya Robb – Mamma Mia, Original London Cast

Sarah Cortez – Mary Poppins, London Cast

Adam Buckley – Stomp, London Cast

Leanne Pinder – Fame, London Cast & Tour

Due to popular demand and the success of this year, “Dance with the Stars” will be back next year but this time for 2 weeks! Week 1 will now be for the Juniors (7-12yrs) and Week 2 for the Seniors (13 – 21yrs). You do not have to be a pupil of Gillham School of Performing Arts to take part. Places are limited so book in advance to avoid disappointment.

Courses are priced at £100 for the week per person. The week runs Monday to Friday 10am – 4pm with a performance on the Friday afternoon.
